How custom commissions work

Tell us what you want. Email the ship, aircraft or vehicle, the size you have in mind, and any plans, photos or records you have.
Get a quote. We review the request with our partner workshop and send you a written quote with price, size and estimated production time.
50% deposit. Production begins once the quote is accepted and a 50% deposit is paid.
Production. Custom models typically take 60–90 days to build, depending on size and complexity.
Approve and pay the balance. We send photos of the finished model. Once you approve, the remaining 50% is due and the model ships fully insured.

Because each custom model is built to order, custom commissions cannot be returned for change of mind. If a model arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.
Timelines are estimates and can vary with the complexity of the subject and the availability of reference material.
