Nidec Sankyo ORPHEUS 72-Note Music Box, Mahogany Case EX307 — Your Choice of Tune

🔊 Hear it first: press play below and turn the sound on — two full minutes from a single winding.

The 72-note ORPHEUS in its own mahogany case — a sliding-cylinder movement that plays a full piece, not a loop.

Most music boxes repeat a 20-second phrase. The 72-note ORPHEUS shifts its cylinder sideways after each rotation and keeps going for roughly two minutes, through the whole arrangement. It is the largest movement Nidec Sankyo makes for the home, and the mahogany EX307 case is cut to let it breathe. You choose the tune from the 72-note catalog when you order.
