Shipping policy
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
In-stock models generally ship within 1–2 business days after your order is confirmed. Custom-built models require additional production time, typically 60–90 days. We will confirm the estimated timeline for your order by email.
Every order is shipped fully insured. Larger models are packed in protective crates or heavy-duty boxes.
Please inspect your model when it arrives. If anything is damaged in transit, contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the model and packaging, and we will handle the damage claim on your behalf.
