Refund policy

Damaged or defective items: If your model arrives damaged or defective, we will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Change of mind: In-stock models may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. Please contact us before sending any return.

Custom commissions: Custom-built models are made to order and cannot be returned for change of mind.
