Ordering & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
How long will my order take?
Every product page shows its own lead time. In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days after your order is confirmed. Items made to order in Japan, such as ORPHEUS music boxes, typically take 8–12 weeks, and we confirm your delivery date by email within 2 business days of your order. Custom commissions take about 60–90 days.
How much is shipping?
Unless a product page says otherwise, prices include shipping within the United States and any US import duties. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
Is my order insured?
Yes. Every order ships fully insured, and larger models are packed in protective crates or heavy-duty boxes. Please inspect your order on arrival and tell us about any damage within 48 hours, with photos of the item and packaging, so we can handle the claim for you.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Returns & Warranty
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Can I return something if I change my mind?
In-stock items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. Please contact us before sending any return.
Can I return a custom commission?
Custom-built models are made to order for you and cannot be returned for change of mind. Damage in transit is still fully covered.
Do Japanese products carry a warranty?
Japanese-market products are not covered by the manufacturer's Japanese warranty in the US. We inspect and test every item before it ships and cover defects for 30 days from delivery.
About Our Models
Do models arrive assembled?
Items described as pro-built or display models arrive fully assembled and ready to display. Items described as kits are unassembled and are meant for builders.
Are your models suitable for children?
Our display models are collectibles for adults, not toys. They contain small and fragile parts and are not suitable for children under 14.
Are the pictures real photos?
Product photos show the actual item or the manufacturer's official images. Some illustrations on our Custom Commissions page are AI-generated to show the type of model we can build; these are clearly labeled.
Custom Commissions
How does a custom commission work?
Send us a request with the ship, aircraft or vehicle you want, the scale and your budget. We reply with a written quote showing the price, finished size and estimated production time. Production starts after you accept the quote and pay a 50% deposit; we send progress photos during the build, and the balance is due when you approve the finished model.
Where do I start?
